Founders journey

Meet Our Founders

Ngozi, a former founder of a mental health service, has experienced her own mental health struggles over the years. Her personal journey with mental health issues and her professional training places her perfectly at the helm of HappiWorkers. Having suffered from recurrent depression for two decades, she trained and became a qualified mental health social worker. Today, she stands as a champion of equity in mental health care and career development opportunities for employees in the workplace. Ngozi is currently undertaking her doctorate, researching the factors that enable and inhibit black women leaders from attaining leadership positions in organisations. Her dedication to supporting mental health and empowering employee career growth is unparalleled.

The Genesis of HappiWorkers

At HappiWorkers, we are more than just a team; we are a community of passionate individuals striving to make a difference in the world.

As a mental health social worker and psychotherapist for over 16 years, I witnessed first-hand the mental health struggles and career obstacles many employees face in the workplace. Through my previous business, Frontline Therapist has provided therapy support to thousands globally. However, we recognise that mental well-being is just one piece of the puzzle—career development is equally crucial for employee empowerment. This motivated us to create HappiWorkers as the first holistic platform integrating mental health resources with career training tailored to each person. My life’s work is to help individuals overcome challenges and realise their full potential at work and in life. HappiWorkers will make this possible.

Join Our Mission

We envision a world where mental health care is accessible to all and where workplaces prioritise their employees' well-being and career growth. At HappiWorkers, we aim to create an inclusive and supportive workplace where everyone is valued, supported, and empowered to thrive personally and professionally through career development training and comprehensive mental health solutions.
